At Eminence Speaker, we stand behind the precision and quality of our audio components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all processed returns.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the speaker or component in its original factory packaging with all internal protective inserts to prevent structural damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and attach the prepaid or standard shipping label to the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
